Caisson walls, DCP soil anchors, DCP rock anchors, caissons

The Anchor Group completed work on both the temporary and permanent casinos. Anchor Shoring proposed an alternative design for the permanent tiedown anchors which resulted in a savings in both time and money for the owner. We were also awarded the subcontract for installation of the light standard caissons at this site.

Considerable shoring was also required due to the proximity of the excavation to existing streets and buildings. Access for installation of soldier piles and tiebacks was challenging as the shoring was required to be installed into the side of a hill. The upper working platform was narrow due to the proximity of existing structures to the shoring wall.
